Gaybors in Demand Retreat in Thailand invites LGBTQ+ creators–aka gaybors, into an intentionally designed, welcoming and fiercely affirming space, one that encourages candid conversations about the real challenges creators face while celebrating the vital role they play on social media.
 
Creators from around the globe explore the current state of the creator economy and what they truly need not just to survive, but to thrive in a rapidly changing cultural, digital and political landscape. The retreat shines a light on creators—its content, activism and visibility as a driving force within gayborhoods around the globe.
 
The retreat workshops, panels and roundtable discussions are led by creators, for creators—in a space for peer-driven knowledge sharing around platform growth, monetization, brand partnerships, creative ownership, audience building and long-term sustainability. These conversations are real, transparent and solutions-oriented, strengthening the global creator ecosystem.
 
The retreat is enriched by Thailand’s cultural and creator community. From workshops with Thailand’s leading creators and brands to immersive cultural experiences, the retreat celebrates Thailand’s dynamic LGBTQ+ creator community who share their stories, styles and traditions. At its heart, the retreat is a space for creators to feel seen, supported and inspired while exploring how we sustain and elevate creators.
 
Through thoughtfully curated cultural experiences, shared meals and meaningful connections, attendees build lasting relationships with fellow creators from around the world, forming a chosen family rooted queer joy.
 
The retreat culminates with a visit to Cloud 11, Asia's largest groundbreaking hub for content creators and the Songkran Water Festival, the world's largest water fight, in Bangkok. The retreat creates a convergence of art, culture, friendship and community.
