Bright Light Bright Light is a Welsh born, NYC based independent artist who has toured with world with Cher, Elton John, Scissor Sisters and many more. He has recorded MULTIPLE songs with Elton John, Scissor Sisters members, Erasure frontman Andy Bell, Justin Vivian Bond and a wildly impressive list of collaborators. His 5 studio albums have won fans of the public and critics alike (his most recent, 2024’s ‘Enjoy Youth’ was #8 UK Sales Album in the UK), drawing upon his love of 80s and 90s pop culture, dancefloor classics and LGBTQ+ history.
He has carved out an impressive nearly 20 year career as artist, songwriter, producer and also DJ and remixer, creating remixes for icon Sylvester, B-52s’ Kate Pierson, Erasure, Bananarama and many more. His weekly Tea Dance DJ sets in NYC are packed – both with people and joy – and his DJ sets across the world at venues like MoMA, Smithsonian Museum, numerous Pride festivals and clubs in the US and UK have been rapturously received.
