Raised on classic Chicago house—sparked by living room dance parties with their mom—Cake Pop! channels both soul and precision into every set. Their sound is nostalgic yet forward-thinking, seamlessly fusing underground energy with mainstream appeal.
With years behind the decks, Cake Pop! has played everything from private weddings to iconic venues like The Anthem and 9:30 Club. They’ve opened for Rebecca Black, shared the stage with Kesha, and performed alongside Chappell Roan. In 2025, they proudly served as a host DJ for World Pride in Washington, D.C., a landmark celebration featuring artists like Doechii and Cynthia Erivo. A resident DJ at Bunker—one of D.C.’s largest and most beloved queer nightlife spaces—Cake Pop! is a staple of the city’s LGBTQ+ scene. Regularly performing at top venues across the district, they bring joy, visibility, and undeniable energy to every dance floor they touch.
